User Data Deletion

If you have contacted SJ Auto Car Wash through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram, or are in our customer or membership records, you can ask us to delete your personal data. This page explains how.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to sjauto2018@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. In the email, tell us your name and the phone number or social media account you used to contact us (for example your WhatsApp number or your Facebook / Instagram profile name), so we can find your records.
3. We may reply to confirm that the request really comes from you before we delete anything.

You can also send the same request as a message to our official WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram account.

What we delete

• Your contact details, conversation history and notes in our customer system.
• Your membership profile, points, rewards and lucky draw entries.
• Your vehicle records linked to you.

Some records may have to be kept for a limited time where the law requires it (for example accounting records). We will tell you if that applies. Reviews you posted publicly on Google or Facebook belong to those platforms; you can remove them there yourself.

How long it takes

We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of confirming your request and will email you when it is done.

Removing our app from your Facebook account

If you signed in to or connected an app of ours through Facebook, you can also remove it yourself: open Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, choose our app and select Remove.
